While launching a new manufacturing operation in the U.S., Israel and George recognized a critical gap in the American industrial resurgence: a shortage of skilled technicians and engineers. Israel Alfaro
Co-Founder

Mexican lawyer with extensive experience in the automotive industry, played a key role in establishing international operations for Bocar Group. His work as a lawyer for major automotive manufacturers such as BMW and Toyota in Mexico provided invaluable insights into the complexities of international business and manufacturing. 

He skillfully channels international expertise into the U.S. workforce and develops creative strategies to mitigate labor shortages. Israel implements innovative solutions to support the funneling skilled talent in the competitive manufacturing sector.

Co-Founder,
Managing Director

Israeli engineer educated in Germany, brings deep expertise to the manufacturing sector. His career as an expatriate with BMW, spanning multiple countries, combines diverse cultural perspectives with extensive automotive industry experience.

Recently in the US, George has focused on HR challenges, creatively addressing labor shortages and the limited availability of skilled technicians. This unique background enables him to offer innovative, globally-informed solutions to our clients’ workforce needs.
